Hi Pattersona. Have your tests come back low/normal since you've been on the Armour? If so this is a sign that your dose is not high enough.
Which hormones are being tested? (FT4 and FT3?) It's pretty common with natural meds like armour to see the FT4 go down instead of up; often we end up on a little extra synthetic T4 to help even things out (the ratio of T4:T3 in pig thyroid is not the same as that in human thyroid, there tends to be too much T3 in the Armour). You want to get your FTs into the upper 3rd of that range, whatever it may be.
Re the diet drugs; taking any diet drug is contraindicated when on thyroid meds (i.e, it's advised you do not touch them). In regards to the Relora, does this not target cortisol? (I'm not sure). However, if it does then you really should be careful; often people with hypothyroidism have below average levels of cortisol and further reducing those levels is going to make you feel worse, not better. Remember only excessive cortisol is bad; cortisol, in and of itself, is a necessity. I would have my cortisol levels checked before continuing with this drug/supplement.
