For me I lost some lbs right away. First week I lost a good 4 lbs. Second week it started to slow down, but I have been losing every week up until 2 weeks ago. I went from 146 to 150 back and forth for 2 weeks. This morning I lost a pound. I stoped eating carbs like cheese at night. I think that helped. No cheating with bad carbs, and keeping good carbs to 20. I have lost 24 lbs in a little over 2 months. I can hardly wait for the next lb to go. Good luck to you. You will lose the lbs if you stick to it. It is normal to go up and down sometimes.
