Since you started out only needing to lose 20 pounds, you are actually ahead of the game compared to most people. Generally, you can expect to lose about 10% of what you need to lose somewhere between the first two weeks and the first month. You lost 10% in the first week.
Just stick to it and you will reach goal before you know it. Focus on the positive changes in your health that are happening right now.
