You haven't lost ANY weight? If so, why do your stats say you've lost 5 lbs?

Typical weight loss for Induction is 10%. If you have 15 lbs to lose, typical would be 1.5 lbs. If you've already lost 5 lbs, you're ahead of the game.

By the way, what's your hurry? Are you using this as a DIEt, or as a healthy way of life?

Don't give up I started with 80 pounds to lose and lost 9 the first 2 weeks. I go up and down on the scales but that can just be from water retention, constipation ,etc....Just keep going if you feel good and if you need to add back some carbs in the form of healthy that is go ahead to help with the headaches...... I held the same weight for about 2 weeks and then dropped another 2 . Don't give up . What is the alternative. I thought about that too like this is just not for me but I figured going back to eating bread, potatoes, pasta, rice, sugar that certainly wasn't going to get me going in the right direction. I hold steady about every week since I started and usually by the end of the week I lose one but I have a long way to go so be easy on yourself ........They say those last few are hardest to drop....

Also if you are doing any exercise remember muscle weighs more then fat so that can be false on the scales too........

Don't forget your water/supplements/ they will help you feel less sick........I just went through a really bad two weeks but am back on track ...........Hang in there............Debbie
