And if you are, do you know of any good lc places here? Seems like it's fairly limited...most of what's here in PA is at GNC or Nutters....which isn't much. Superstore has a few items...like bread, bagels, bars, bake mix...

I'd sure like to see some more options though

I'm from sask and find it really hard to find any good lc places. mostly i just order my stuff on the internet. Although, superstore does have atkins stuff in their pharmacy dept.

Cool! Yes, Superstore has been getting a lot of low carb stuff here (in PA). Dressings, BBQ sauce, etc.....Safeway is carrying it too! Nutters here has sugar free chocolate chips and lots of lc stuff like the taco wraps.... It's nice to finally see the products coming
