Hello everyone! I am a newbie to the forum and wanted to jump right on in and introduce myself. I have been low carbing since Feb 15, 2003 and have lost 30 lbs. I have done the Atkins diet once before and was very happy with the results. Unfortunately I gained back all the weight I lost during pregancy with my son (he's now 2). So here I am again doing what I know works for me and my lifestyle.

My name is Iyree (i-ree) and I live in Prescott, AZ. I have been living here for just a few months. I have lived all over the place. My screen name Conyscaz is a list of all the states I've lived in. I am 27 and a single mom of a terrific little boy, Cameron. I am a realtor here and sell new construction homes and love my job. I like to think I have a lot to offer as a friend and fellow low carber so...I am happy to be here and look forward to getting to know all of you.

I am here with you. I have lost 31 lbs and live in Arizona too.

Congrats on the 30. Looks like you lost yours faster than I lost mine.

Welcome and congratulations on the 30 lbs loss. I to am from Arizona (Pheonix). I also am down 31 lbs. I started on the 21 of Feb 2003. Unfortunately I started my dieting via Low-Fat diet. I lost good in the begining then stalled and started to regain it back. Always felt hungry and had no energy at all. But I saw the light and changed my wicked low fat ways and began down the path of LC. It sure makes all the difference in the world.
Time to get started on the next 30. Keep up the good work.
