Is it normal to feel "sick" when thinking about induction foods?
I'm trying to do my best to stay on induction, but I've been having a REALLY hard time (very bad stomachache, headaches, just feel "bad", tired) so I've had to add some carbs in, but I've only done this with fruit. I know, don't smack me on the head, I know it's not allowed during induction however, I want to point out that I might need more carbs than other people, because I am taking Metformin/Glucophage 2000mg a day, which regulates insulin and not as many carbs don't get absorbed when taking this (as a normal person's would). Anyway, I've been having lots of eggs and sausage and stuff, and a few hours after, I feel like I'm going to THROW UP if I even THINK about that kind of food. Is this normal in the beginning and will it end???
