Can anybody suggest where I can purchse Ketone Strips?? In the UK they are very hard to get hold of and most chemists do not condone the Atkins Diet and refuse to sell it you dieters! (

I'm sure one of our UK members can probably help you out.... but if I were you, I wouldn't worry about it too much. Atkins is the only one of the low-carb gurus that stresses ketosis, and even he doesn't strongly encourage the use of ketone strips. You're better off directing your energy toward using www.fitday.com to track your food (carb) intake and keeping it at the appropriate levels. The rest will take care of itself. .... just my $.02
