Hello all. I finally figured out how to set up my journal after the encouragement of some of you on here to do so. However, I posted my first entry and also listed some questions for some of you who are used to low carbing and no one has responded Hopefully, someone reading this will hop over to Jeanna's Journal and check it out and get back to me.

Update: Measured myself again today and I have lost another 2 inches in my chest and 2 inches off my waist in 2 days Hope it keeps coming off like this. Hope to hear from you soon.

Could you ask the questions on the Atkins board, or come over to my journal and ask them. I couldn't find Jeanna's Journal. When I put it in the search I didn't come up with anything. Looks like you are doing great so far.
