Default PPL people that used to be Atkins people...

Hi everybody

I just finished reading PPL and am thinking that it as a plan may suit me more than Atkins does. My question is will I feel as good on PPL as I do on Atkins (energy, clarity). I know, why am I switching if I feel so good? Because I like the sound of PPL more. I'm sure there are quite a few of you who have tried both. What do you think?.......B

Hi Bella,

I've not been around here for very long, just over a month so I don't know all the plans. Can you please tell me what PPL is
is it something to do with protein power or is it something else.

Thanx

Hi Koko

PPL stands for Protein Power Lifeplan. It is the second edition of Protein Power, or something like that. I haven't read the first one yet though........B

We should get together, I bought 13 books on Friday (new and used) and protein power is 1 of them, have only breifly skimmed it though.

Good luck whatever you decide. (its a diet casino here)
