Watch out for McDonalds salads!

I thought one of those new McDonalds salads would be an okay lunch (with grilled chicken) during my induction. I looked at the website of mcdonalds and it says that a bacon/ranch salad with grilled chicken contains 11 carbs of which 4 are sugars (I guess there are sugars in the chicken coating?) Even if you don't eat the carrot shavings, be careful of ordering one of these salads especially if you are induction. The Newman's salad ranch salad dressing also contains 4 carbs with 3 grams of sugar!

And I thought I found an quick lunch.
