Question Looking 4 food thread

There was a great thread somewhere. People told how they prepared food for the week. There were lots of suggestions of what to prepare at the beginning of the week so you would always have food on hand and wouldn't be tempted to cheat.

I've looked everywhere and I can't find it. I tried the search engine but I couldn't find it there either.

Anyone know which one I'm talking about?

I'm not sure which specific thread you're looking for, but I'm pretty sure it's one of Karen's hot links (the ones regarding shopping the low-carb way):

Hope it helps!

Default Mother of All snacks Thread?

Under the snacks section on the above link: Mother of all snacks thread perhaps?

I remember a thread with a discussion that went on for several pages on snacks/lunches I can't find that one yet either.

Let us know if the above link provides you with what you are looking for.

Question Food

Thanks for the responses. Rikke, that was not the thread I was looking for but it's a very good one to find anyhow. Thanks.

The one I'm seeking gave ideas on how to prepare food for the week. People told what they did to prepare for the week ahead. Some people would boil eggs, some cooked up a batch of bacon etc. I tried one where you buy a big salmon filet, slice it into individual portions, put it in a freezer bag and stick it in the freezer. Then when you want to cook it you wrap it in foil, with butter, dill, S & P, and bake for 45(?) minutes. I was asking because I couldn't remember how long to bake it and at what temp. For the record, I baked at 45m at 375. It came out great!

I knew I should have printed it out. It was a long thread posted a few weeks age.
