Sample meal plan for a day!
I'm not trying to lose weight or anything and I work out alot. I train in a martial art that mimics alot of wrestling moves. So basically I need a diet plan that fits a wrestlers diet, but in a low carb way. (no grains)
Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'm not worried about counting calories, I actually need a lot.
I follow a Paleo/ Protein Power type WOE. Thanks
