Adkin's Diet

I just started the Adkin's diet a few days ago. I would like to know if anyone can help me on what I can eat for breakfast? I am bored of having eggs and bacon for breakfast. Please let me know.

Hi Salome,

The good thing is...you can have anything you want

Left overs from dinner,
Tuna fritters (made with egg and tuna then pan fried)
omlette
sugar free jelly and cream

Have a look in the Kitchen area there is a section on breakfast suggestions
