Diet Kojel Gelatin

I just picked up a few small boxes of unflavored Diet Kojel Gelatin.

Ingredients: Vegetable gum, adipic acid, tapicoa dextrin, calcium phosphate, potassium citrate.

The box says:

Total carbs: 2 grams
Dietary fiber: 2 grams
Sugars: 0 grams

Could this be true?

It has no sweetener in it, but I thought the gelatin itself would have some carbs -- it's not an animal-based gelatin.

Any thoughts?

I'm nor familiar with the Kojel, but it could be fish bone based.
Vege gums are very low in carbs, and calories in general.
