Default Creatine???

Long ago when I was heavy into the gym, I supplemented with creatine by way of Phospagen HP. Now that I am back in the gym, I noticed that the Phosphagen is very high in carbs(Sugars). I know that I noticed such a difference in my workouts between using creatine, and not. I was wondering if anyone had experience on using creatine while lo carbing, and what supplement to use to not effect my ketosis.

Hi syokimcus - I just saw this post while searching for creatine in this forum

I've been thinking about getting creatine but the dextrose thing threw me. I'm pretty sure I've seen advice on here where people have said that if you get pure creatine mono and take it without dextrose it will still work, just not as well as if it was with dextrose.

My supplements supplier recommended I get V12 from SAN Nutrition - it is a different type of creatine, TriCreatine Malate and it doesn't require dextrose for delivery.

HTH!
