Unhappy Did I cheat???

Just had roasted pork loin for lunch. The "cheat" part is that it was bbq pork loin. Now, I didn't get any bbq sauce with it, but I presume it was brushed with bbq sauce while roasting.

I got the end piece, which wasn't in any way "smothered" or even had any visible traces of the sauce, except for, maybe, the color... No taste of bbq sauce, either (I don't like it much to begin with, so I specifically asked for a piece that had none on it).

So did I cheat or not?

I added on a packet of it on Fitday to my foods eaten, just to be on the safe side.

I wouldn't worry about it, even if you did get some unwanted carbs in, I am sure it wasn't enough to do any damange!

Thanks, MaryToU!

I kinda figured as much, but added on a couple of tablespoons ob BQ sauce to my FitDay menu anyway, just in case. Should keep me safe, right?

Even if it was brushed with BBQ sauce, 2T would be a lot of BBQ sauce. Maybe go with just 1T or less, especially since you scraped it off. Before I got used to weights and measures, I had no idea that 1 T was so much.

Thanks, Wanda!

I actually don't mind putting down 2 tablespoons, because I'm short on carbs again...

But you're right (sigh), I'm not gonna cheat and change to one (praying that some of it seeped into the pork).
