Question feeling light headed after exercise

hello, I would like to know if anyone has trouble after exercising ? I have been going for a 1 1/2 hr bike rides every week now. After words I feel very tired and keep getting head rushes every time I stand up. I checked my blood pressure and its was reading 107. My normal is about 130. I have to sit around the rest of the day, the next day I feel fine. I am not eating anything before going, so I was thinking that maybe my blood sugar level was to low causing by pressure to be too low.

Anyone have any thoughts ?
Thanks

Sounds like your "bonking" (hitting the wall). You might want to try eating some carbs and protein before the ride. For me I eat a cup of strawberries and a protein bar 2 hours before I ride. I find I'm able to ride a lot longer and not get light-headed.

I agree, eating some thing before going will help. My doc tells me that I might be pushing it to soon. I need to do smaller distances more often, building up to the 15 miles I was doing. Think I will try a little of both. Eating before, and riding every other day for a few miles. That should build up my endurance
Thx
