Default Weight Training Workout Tapes

I am really getting into my workout tapes that I can do at home when I find a chunk of time. I am really hoping to focus on resistance training with handheld weights. I have THE FIRM AEROBIC AND WEIGHT TRAINING video (at least I think that is the name) and I like the workout, but I would like some other to rotate. Any recommedations on weight specific workout videos??
TIA

Cathe has great weight tapes (the slow and heavy series) and there are some Firm tapes that are almost all weights. Super Sculpting, Maximum body shaping, and Firm parts upper body are Firm workouts that are weights, squats, lunges, & abs, very little or no aerobics.
