Unhappy Confused

Can someone explain to me ....
I'm in ketosis... does that mean that I'm using my own fat as fuel?
So, if I am... How come I don't lose any weight....
Now, if I'm working out a lot, can I be gaining muscle weight and that's why I don't see a difference?
But I also go by my thight clothes, and I don't really see a difference...
Can someone shed some light?
sort of losing it...

Ketosis means you're burning fat for fuel, BUT it can be either stored body fat or dietary intake fat, the pee sticks don't differentiate. What are you eating? If you're exercising and in ketosis and there's no movement on the scale or the tape measure, you could just be eating more calories than you need. Or eating too much salty food. Or not drinking enough water. Or TOM could be.... There are LOTS of reasons.

Mamasita - you have so little to lose!

Most people find the last few pounds to be the hardest to shed. How long have you been stalled?

Muscle definitely replaces fat weight-wise, if that is what you are doing. There is also the issue of water retention - so make sure you dring a LOT, and if necessary cut out salty foods.

Another thing is that sometimes people set a target weight that isn't realistic - often our bodies tell us when to stop. Your weight is very low - are you sure you really need to lose more?

But most importantly - be patient! If you are eating right and exercising, and you really need to get rid of a few more pounds... it will happen!

Default Lost 2 pounds!!!!!!

Hi Guys!!!!!
Thanks for your comforting words, I was in such a slump yesterday.... I've been so good for so long that I couldn't get how I could be stalling... But The mystery was solved, my monthly came a week earlier and threw me off completly...
Every month I used to gain like about 6 pounds, go completly crazy on binging, but since I started Lcing, it got under control...
also I saw a huge difference since I started taking supplements...
Now, I hardly have cravings, just a little chocolate (sugar free)
Well, I guess that seeing a little change in the scale can make us happy...(I beat the little sucker!!!!)
Have yourselves a wonderfull day

Since you are so close to goal, I thought I send you some MAJOR support to stay the course all the way to the end, and THEN a few pounds!

Sometimes as we get closer, we get more comfortable, etc. and the goal never really comes. It's happened to me, and I'm not real happy about it!

Now instead of being 5 pounds to goal, I"m more like 20!!

You hang in there!!
