Question how much is too much?

SPIN-

You'll have to give us a rundown on what you're eating (besides jello and cream) before we can help you with how MUCH you're eating.

I looked at your profile and you say in it that you work out 5 times a week. It could be possible that you're undereating and overtraining too, so we really need more information on what you've been eating nad what your workouts consist of.

I'ts a bit of a pain to count calories, but you might want to do it just for a day or two, just to reassure yourself that you're not eating too much. You might even find you're eating too little. The first time I did Atkins I ate too little, and I believe my metabolism slowed quite a lot. This time I tried to stay between 300 and 700 under maintenance calories, and it seemed to have worked.
