How was your BFL week? Or, for a couple of us, how was your post challenge break from BFL?

Well this is my last week of challenge two, after my cardio tomorrow morning I can say it's complete. This was one of my better weeks for the whole challenge, I was really busting my butt at the gym and it felt good. Too bad I wasn't doing that through the whole challenge. I think I'll write a short summary on my C2 and post it later.

Say, where is everyone??

This week was a challenge. Not quite as bad as last week though with thanksgiving. I was wondering if everyone took their free day Thursday or just ate light on turkey day and had free day Sunday? I know some of you doing Atkins don't take a free day.

I had my free day yesterday and still worked out, because I don't like to work out on sunday. I like to start monday with a fresh new slate. I'm not sure if that is ok or not.
Wednesday I was very weak for some reason and couldn't even come close to what I was lifting last week. I'm wondering if it's because I ate before my UBW last week? I didn't think it would make THAT much of a difference! It was pretty discouraging.

Looking foward to a fresh new week. I hope I have the strength to eat right the rest of the weekend, they are hard for me.

I'm doing a break for finals

During finals week I plan to hit the gym between tests and on days I don't have a test. Not as structured as BFL, but probably using the pyramid.

I also want to get my rear in gear starting next week and do pilates once a day. School, kids and everything else has me so exausted and busy right now, it seems I don't have time to breath or sleep much less exercise.

I think it will take getting my lazy rear in gear to get past current weight though. My weight will go up a bit and back down to here, but I can't seem to press lower.

Way to go Arnie! Can't wait to hear about your C2 results!!

I guess technically I only have 4 days left myself!! Really snuck up on me...but I decided to workout all next week and the week after b/c I haven't made it in 6 days/week for very many weeks (usually 5, a few only 4). Also, I'd like to take my week off christmas week.

I set the goal of making it in 5 days this week...but I hit all 6! I'm feeling pumped and excited! Iwant to finish this challenge strong so I'm gonna aim for 6 days both next week and the week after.

Sheri, some days I just can't do what I do on other days...I try and figure out why, but I can't always find a reason. You went and you tried so you should still feel proud! Unless you find it's happening often, don't worry about it. As for t-day, I ate whatever on t-day...didn't do all that bad though really considering. I was gonna still take a semi cheat day on Sunday and have a hotdog at the football game, but I got a touch of the stomach flu and could barely eat. T-day is past though. so don't worry about it. You're doing awesome!
