Default Please explain the science behind.......

.......cycling on and off for periods of 1 or 2 weeks using Oil of Oregano.

1. What is the theory/ reasoning behind it.
2. What are you doing
3. If you are not "cycling" it, are you taking it full time?

THank you

This is how I see it, you know how if you take a certain kind of medicine all the time eventually the effects wear off? Well it's sort of like that.

Or like when you eat only so many carbs eventually your body gets use to it and then you stop losing weight until you up your carbs a bit.

So 1 or 2 weeks off gives your body the time off it needs to not get use to it so when you start up again, it works it magic, per sey.

I'm doing 1 week on 1 off.

I've followed Lily's lead and am doing the 1 week on/1 week off cycling. I'm doing it this way too b/c the liquid stuff tastes so awful, it's nice to have a week off from it.
