Well, I've FINALLY gotten into the 170's. I tinkered there last week at this time, but was up and down, up and down all week. This morning--179.5 and I'm takin' it!!!

Anyway, just a reminder that today and tomorrow is the last 2 days of this month that items are 20% off at GNC (for gold card members). Their bars are 20% off PLUS you get an extra 20% off with your card. Also, the Atkins pancake mix is 30% off making it $3.84.

So with that said....I just came back from GNC and our local store now carries low carb bread, hot dog buns, hamburger buns and the La Tortilla shells. Did you all know that low carb bread is just Gluten Free bread? I didn't know that, or I guess I just had never thought of it being called that.

I couldn't WAIT to have toast. So I toasted that little tiny crust that was on the end of the bread and slathered it in butter and OMG!!! It was heaven.

I'm sure glad this bread stays in the freezer because I wouldn't want it staring me in the face everyday. This is just gonna be for a treat.

I am headed to GNC! I found the Atkins bars are the best ones out there. Thay are high though!

With Gold Card discount, everything is 20% off at GNC the first 7 days of every month!

I was there yesterday and Atkins supps were 30% off. Some kind of manufacturer discount I think. Hooray !

I just picked up my GNC Gold Card a couple days ago. With the 30% off sale they were having, they rang it up in such a way that the normal $15 annual cost of the card rang up as $0.33, so I couldn't pass it up.

GNC must be less of a rip-off in the States than it is in Canada- for example they sell Atkins bars for $3.99 where at the grocery store they are $2.49 (or $1.99 if you buy a box!). Even with the Gold Card GNC is not worth it here- very expensive.

think I may go nose around GNC.... have some time to kill.....

grabbed some LC Tortillas today at GNC - feels good with them in the fridge- even though I am doing MFF today. I also replenished my COQ10, L-Carnitine, and Atkins Accell - need ANY help I can get!
