I have no idea what the "average" is, because I don't know if there's any standardization for this stuff. But if it helps, here's the information from my bottle, from Yerba Prima
Nutrition information per 5 gram serving (1 rounded teaspoon (U.S.)):
Fiber: 4 grams (approx. 3.2 grams soluble and 0.8 grams insoluble)
Calories: 2 calories
Potassium: 45 mg
Calcium: 10 mg
Sodium: Sodium free (<5 mg)
So for one Tablespoon (U.S.) that's be about 12g of Fiber, and 6 calories.
I'm not sure if measurements vary in Ireland.... If my conversion calculator is working right, 1 U.K. Tablespoon = 1.25 of a U.S. Tablespoon, so that'd give you 1.25x12=15g Fiber.
