Went to the gym today and did some mild water aerobics and some laps with Iris.
We were going to go bike riding, but the bike shop didn't open till 10am (Iris's bike was in the shop) and my class started at 1pm. Not enough time to ride, eat lunch, shower and go to class. That's why we went to the pool. We decided to create a schedule for exercising together. This is what we came up with that works for both our schedules.
Monday, evening water aerobics
Tuesday, bike ride in the morning
Wednesday, evening water aerobics
Saturday, bike ride in the morning
Iris is a great buddy for this and we are in the same shape.
(meaning we both weigh 300lbs) Except she is 10 years younger and can do it without serious pain payments the next day. Guess, I need to eat more advil in the beginning.
