Default SF Breath Mints & Gum!

Aggh... I needed something sweet... esp since my mouth is starting to taste awful (perhaps reaching Ketosis?)... Any rules against SF breath mints and gum? Breath Savers are 2 carbs each mint... but 2 sugar alcohols... so really... it's Net Carbs of 0?

Try Blitz mints -- they are made with Splenda so you don't have to worry about the sugar alcohols. I found them in the grocery store checkout line with the rest of the mints. The orange flavor are really good!

Default Breath Mints

Ricola Breath mints are good although they do contain some aspartame (downside) rather than splenda...they are sugar free, look sort of like tiny jujubes or gumdrops and pack a powerful herbal taste in various flavors.

They have no calories, fat, sodium, and protein, but they do contain 1 gram or fiber and 1 gram of carbs per 2 mints.

I get these Ricola breath mints from health food stores...for example Trader Joes or Whole Foods. They take away cravings and appetite pretty well.
