Default Progress Pictures

Hey everyone things are still strongly on track for me. I just haven't had much time to post lately. But I promise now that things are dying down for me a little bit I will do much better.

LOL ok.. I just had to share this. I was just curious if you could really see a diffrence with the almost 30lbs I have lost since low carbing. I never used to have my picture taken so I had to use the one on my driver licnese to compare. I can see a little bit of a diffrence Here is a pic as if yesterday and my drivers lincense pic. YESSSS its a very bad one.. and to make matters worse I took a picture of the picture so its a bit fuzzy but you can still get the idea.

Isn't it great? 30 lbs is a lot of weight to lose so you should fee very proud of yourself. Keep up the good work.
