Question Atkins Vitamin Question

I'm taking all of the Atkins brand vitamins pretty much per the label. I've seen much discussin concerning what vitamins to take - are the Atkins vitamins enough? or should I be supplementing further??

Another note completely off subject - I've INCREASED my calories and am finally starting to see and feel a few pounds come off! 1000 calories is not enough!!

Thanks for all your help.

Yeah, lots of people find they lose more weight when they increase their calories. 1000 per day is definitely too low. Besides my multi vitiamin, I take magnesium, potassium and calcium. These may already be included in your Atkins since I'm not sure which ones you are taking.

Hi - thanks - I bought the original "starter" kit that includes Dieters Advantage, Basic 3, Accel, and Essential Oils. I just can't tell from the labels if I'm getting all the supplements that are wise. (some of the individual items are labeled well over 100%).

I just bought them too! Because of dieting and lack of vitamins they are sometime higher than 100%. I've been doing Atkins my way(no bread, pasta. ...) for 6 months, I now notice a difference using the whole set of vitamins, supplements all at once.
p.s. I'm doing Atkins the right way now and am encouraged with reading some of these diaries!

1000 cal. means your not eating enough fat. Fat makes you feel saited, keeps you from cheating too. Have you checked out the fat fast and how little will keep you satisfied. I'm shocked at the calories I consume and can lose weight if I just keep the carbs out. just cutting bread, pasta is not enough to go into ketosis. I'm speaking of myself and what I've been doing before.
