I had the shortbread one and it was really good. Tasted just like a regular store-bought cookie. However, after eating it I read the label and saw that the #1 ingredient was hydrogenated shortening. Ugh, trans fats!

I'd love to know if these stall either of you. The low-carb bars stall me and I have been afraid to try anything else.

I didn't notice any problems, but my losses are so slow anyway at this point, I'm not sure if I would notice if it stalled me for a few days or even a week. I avoid bars too because a. I don't want to risk it and b. I don't really like them anyway.

My rule of thumb with low carb products is, would I be able to make this myself, or is it full of mystery ingredients that I don't even recognize? If I know what all the ingredients are, then it's not a "frankenfood" in my book.
