Angry I'm confused

Last night I found a carb counter on the web - and it gave various carb levels for different sorts of mayonnaise. Some said it had very few carbs and some said it had loads!!
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

I love Mayo!! but hate the Kraft Free varieties

Talking Mayo

I love mayo too.

I buy Blue Plate Mayo, on carbs.

I don't know if they even carry it everywhere, I live in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

You should be looking for low fat or fat free mayo, you need the regular stuff.

Umm no. You actually WANT the fat. Do not buy low fat or fat free. This is where some of those calories a day come from.

Remember, we are NOT doing the low fat diet here

I did use the carb counter from this site. Am I just being very dim?
There are a variety of mayo's mentioned - all with different ingredients. Regular mayo comes at the bottom of the list with the highest carbs
I live in Australia and we have "Miracle Whip" the nicest I have tried - I really need to read the label!!
Thanks for your help anyway

I can tell why you probably got confused.

The carb counter on this site goes in 100 grams portions. However if you click on the name of the product it takes you to another screen that you can select cup or tablespoon.

The mayo I looked up had 21g of carbs per 100 g, or 3 grams per tablespoon.

Hope that helps.

And the miracle whip we have here in the states is LOADED with sugar. Honestly I don't see how people eat the stuff
