Well, I'm back from my 3 week vacation. We traveled from Austin, Tx to Tennesse, to Ontario, Canada to Nebraska, Iowa and back home. It was a long trip! Staying on the WOE was a challenge especially with the likes of my mother-in-laws banana split cake or the family reunion pot luck dinners filled with potato salads and baked beans. But I was able to walk 3/4's of the days, and go to the local Y in Canada and lift weights on a regular basis. My family was quite impressed with my weight loss efforts and new look. But the best thing about the trip was when I came home and weighed myself for the first time today. I was 8 pds LIGHTER! My Mom started this WOE on June 21st and has lost over 12 pds, my girlfriend started in May and has lost over 20pds and she looks great. My DH started today. This WOL has been a godsend for us. I have only 37 pds out of the 105 pds I needed to lose left.
