I went through in-vitro to have my son. During that process I also had to be on glucophage to get my insulin in check. Although the LC way of eating is supposed to help with insulin problems my advice to you would be to eat a good balanced diet until the transfer is complete and all is well, then check with your doctor about going low carb. You can do some low carb just by altering the foods you eat such as processed food and lots of starches but right now your body may need a little of everything. Fertility procedures take alot out of you mentally and physically get through this part first, deal with the change to low carb second. Much luck to you.
