I've noticed - at least in my journal - that the bar that has links to the various pages (you know, first, last, and a subset listed numerically?) has some of the links underlined and some not. For instance, the other day page 63 was underlined but page 64 wasn't. Today both are underlined. I can't seem to correlate it with posts I haven't read. What are the conditions that result in an underlined page number in that bar? Really just curious more than anything.

I think underlined pages are the ones visited recently, with recently being defined by the browser's settings.

Yep - I just did a little experiment and it appears you are correct. I guess I'm just so used to the default where recently visited pages are shown in a different color.
