Do you have to ground the almonds for the crust?

It is for 1 peice. So, you have to be careful when eating it. It is one of those "high end" lower carb deserts

I'm trying to work out where the 10 g of carbs comes from for one slice

the cream cheese and heavy cream wouldn't be more than 16, then 10 for the Splenda makes 26, and the almonds are probably not more than 10, making 36 g carbs for the whole pie

cutting the pie into 10 slices (and usually cheese cake is served in slim slices) would make it more like 3.6 g carbs, seems to me

When I did it, I divided it into 4 servings. So, with 10, it would be around 3.35 Net
