MoNocarb - the gym log
I'm a regular exerciser, but thought it would be useful to keep a log of my workouts as I keep a log of my food.
It's 1pm and I'm at work. I'm actually feeling a severe drop in energy at the moment. I could actually fall asleep.
It's not dehydration or lack of food because I'm guzzling my normal water and just finished my shrimp salad for lunch.
I am quite bored at work, but that's not unusual.
Working out after work today - planning to do 45 minutes cardio (15 elliptical/15 stepper/15 bike). Will do abs and weights at home tonight.
