Cool hello again

Hi nat, I am sorry to being a burden but I have so many questions. I am going back to atkins but with some fat flush ideas. I am going to do the cranwater drink (as stated in the book), flaxseed oil, black seed oil, and the lime with hot water. All this is included in the book and help to burn fat. I am definately not going to follow milas suggestion. One thing she suggested was the celtic salt with water in the morning. Is this ok? I did it this morning and I had the runs. Let me know. Thank you for your patience. Take care.

Cristian that salt water in the morning that gave you the runs has a laxative effect.

Daily usage of laxatives is a form of being Bulimic. The usage of laxatives to control ones weight.

It is unhealthy to purge your food and nutrients on a daily basis because they do not get absorbed by the gut and you end up causing sever damage to your vital organs and muscle tissue not to mention what you are doing to your intestinal tract. That was my main concern with Mila when she started doing that every single day.

Using a laxative when constipated is one thing, using it on a daily basis to purge your system to control weight is dangerous.
