Thumbs up So Yummy Chicken Dip

I got this recipe from a fellow low-carber at church. I hope it's not been posted, my apologies if it has. I absolutely love this stuff! I have it with Almond Thins for either a snack or I add steamed broccoli or some other great veggie for a small meal.

Kimberly's Low-Carb Chicken Dip

Combine:
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. mozarella cheese (shredded)
1/4 c. parmesean cheese (shredded)
1 large can chicken chunks (I use mixed, not all white)

Combine and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until it bubbles and begins to brown. Enjoy!

This is soooooooo good! CAUTION: It's highly addictive!

Could someone more savvy than I post the numbers on this from netrition? TIA!

Default Nutritional Information

This is my estimate based on the ingredients for the nutritional count for this snack. I estimated based on the products I use to make it which isn't canned chicken, for example. Instead, I use sliced grilled chicken breast cut into chucks that I buy from my local deli. Also, I use Kraft shredded cheeses from the dairy section for the cheeses. I also assumed a single person wouldn't eat the entire combination but rather they might share with a friend, so I split the recipe for two people. Hopefully I'm close! Happy cooking, everyone! And thank you to the original poster for this great recipe!
