Default Good Book?

Hi,
Im debating between SB and Atkins, I am getting a book on teh atkins diet and wondering what a good book would be for the SB ? I was reading some thread about Phase I and Phase II and i just want a good beginners book that will cover all this.

You would want to get "The South Beach Diet" written by Dr. Arthur Agaston. It's the original book, written by the man who developed this WOE. It goes into the premise behind the diet, includes food lists, and few recipes/menu ideas.

Atkins tends to be better for people who want very strict rules and have greater tolerance for limited carbs.

South Beach for people who can eat follow general food lists but don't want to be bothered with counting.

All of the content for the SBD can be found online if you want to save yourself the cash. The book isn't that great.
