Mousse Dessert
After lurking for few months and picking up on your meal ideas, I thought that its only fair to share back some of the foods that I have discovered to be working well with me.
So here they go:
Mousse Desert
I personally love this because it doesnt need a lot of artificial sweetening. I found the recipe for the mousse somewhere on the net, but I cant remember where.
Makes 4-5:
300gr whipping cream
1 egg
1tsp Splenda
2 tsp Cocoa
1 tsp Vanila
Strawberries
Beat the egg
Add the cream, splenda, cocoa and vanilla and beat until it gets thick.
Prepare 4-5 little bowls and cut 1 or 2 strawberries into each one. Pour the mousse on top and refrigerate overnight. Before serving top it with some more whipped cream.
Around 1 gr Carb each
Today I did double the recipe and have 9 pretty little bowls waiting for me in the fridge.
I am thinking some crushed chocolate will be nice in there too, but have none and that will raise the sweetness of it.
