Unhappy Cream!?!

I should have known!! About a week ago I stopped eating cheese to see if that was why my scale was not dropping. Scale has not moved. I have been trying to stay below 20 carbs a day (normally about 10), or so I thought!! My sticks have been staying in the mid-range all week. But Yet the scale did not move!!!

I eat mostly eggs, meat (chicken and beef), Keto Hot Cereal and lots of water (I am bad on the veggies)(vitamins and flax seeds and oil) - NO SUGARS OR BREADS

Then I looked at anything new to my daily routine - I had added protien shakes for lunch and two or three times a week homemade icecream (these replaced the cheese snacks).

I checked the cream label - Serving Size One Tablespoon!! I had been putting about a third of a cup of cream in my shakes!!! and about a half of a cup for ice cream!!! (OK maybe a little more)

One cup of cream is 6.64 carbs and 820 calories!!! I was still in the pink because I was not going much over 20 carbs a day but my weight lose must have stopped because of the extra calories!!!

I do feel that I did lose inches - I tried on some clothes that were tight last week and today fit nicely!!

I need to read labels more closely!!!

It wouldn't hurt to cut the cream way down, but if you're losing inches even if the pounds don't move, you're still making progress! I'm worried about the lack of veggies, though. I'm not a "veggie person" either, but try to get them in, you'd be suprised how much more you'll lose when you do!

Yikes! That seems to be the culprit. I can be bad about not eating enough veggies, too.

I have 2 tubs of cream a week max, it makes really good tasty sauces which makes this WOE a real pleasure, my main problem is that I'm getting addicted to veggies, especially spinach, I would happily eat it at EVERY meal
