Looks like you're doing a good job so far. The only tip I have is look at yourself now compare it to where you were before you started low-carbing. How good do you feel? ETC.
That's what keeps me going. I've been on induction going on 4 weeks and I feel fantastic so far. I don't however have any advice on speeding up your weight loss. If I knew that~~I'd be doing it!!! LOL!!!
Good luck on this WOE and your gonna do fantastic! There is alot of support here so stick around and keep posting!!!

I think losing 10 lbs the first 4 weeks is par. I don't think you need to speed anything up, you appear to be losing at a good rate. I think the longer you are in induction, the faster the weight will come off. Some people will be in induction for a long time, because they have a lot of weight to lose (like me.)

However, others lose at a pretty decent pace on the OWL diet. So, if you go onto the OWL and your weightloss slows to much, go back on to induction for a few more weeks.
