how bad is honey turkey

HI All,

I am still on the "induction phase" of the south beach diet. I caved in and had a turkey roll-up, but with honey turkey. I didnt eat bread (i rolled the cheese and turkey in lettuce), but how bad did i ruin day seven by using honey turkey?

any advice available?
