You know, if you buy frozen skinless and boneless chicken breasts, or even cook up a roast on sunday just to slice and store, they are really really good and healthy - you can do anything with it quickly, and they freeze well (plus, they do taste better than deli)...I saute my precooked chicken with mushrooms and celery, with a pat of butter and 1.5 tablespoons of italian dressing - it is to die for!!
