in the last 9 days I have walked 7 and I will still walk today. My sister and I have been going all kinds of new places and we will start at the gym on Monday.

I'm feeling a bit under the weather, so we decided not to walk tonight. Tomorrow is the big workout day.

not bad for the first day at the (free) gym

20 minutes eliptical
some upper nad lower body weights
brief walk

walked at the park including the hill...phew! I was sweating a lot today....yuck.

I forgot to mention the crunched I did a couple of days ago. I'm still sore in the abs! I want to workout today, but I need to wait for everyone to get up because the DDR is too loud to do while my dh is sleeping.

1.5 hours of mowing the "lawn" It's more like a pasture really.

I filled up the huge yard debris container from the back yard. This involved hauling out stuff from the garage and moving everything around. I so wish my dh wasn't such a pack rat. Maybe I could walk through the garage sometime!

walked an hour with my sister and her dogs. My dog was not happy, but sadly my dog and her dog are too dominant to try to introduce them. If my dog was younger, I might try, but she's getting up there in age

okay, I need to figure out what I'm doing today for exercise. I know I will be walking later, but I think I should do more than that. I started my lower body strength today too....

a note: my foot is hurting again and being fat and it rubbing in places it shouldn't is making walking painful. TMI I'm sure.
