hey step,
i can warn you that the induction fase is tough but with willpower and the new you somewhere in the back of your mind u can pull through. myself have been doing tae-bo 3 times a week for 30 minutes each session...diet jello, whip cream, diet soda..these are fabulous to kick butt on those cravings u'll get once u get re-introduced to some fruits..a tip..freeze some strawberries when they go on sale..that way u can pull them out when need be and make a smoothie out of them or freeze some grapes and just eat a few when you need to ( try them frozen..nice treat when it's hot out)

Hello and welcome to the forum! My best advice (if you haven't already) is to get the Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution book and read it. It will tell you exactly what you can eat, and during which phases. www.atkins.com is another invaluable resource.

Best of luck to you!

wellcome i think you can do it by then if you follow the diet, stay away from lc junk foods, you should keep it clean start to finish..... get all your carbs from vegs
if it taste sweet i aint eating it, i dont care how many carbs they say it has. most of the people i talk to at work have more truble getting over sugars than anything else on the diet, and i think dr atkins said amercans consumed about 150 pounds of sugar a year on adv. per person. probly the most important thing a person could do is get over the cravings for sugar for life. my desires for sugar or nothing compared to my desire to have a fat free body for life. yes i believe you can be there before sep. remember keep it clean!
were in the heck is spell check at sorry!

If you don't have the Atkins book yet, you can look up the Atkins website. It has all the infomation you'll need to get off to a great start.

Good luck on your journey.
