Stall is broken!
Yea! My stall seems to have broken and I have lost tw more pounds. Now here's the interesting thing. I decided to leave Atkins for a week and eat low fat low sugar and semi low carb. Anyway it must be true about adding carbs to break a stall cause it worked. I am going back to Atkins now with the hope it continues to work beyond the broken stall of about 3 weeks. One reason I will do Atkins again is, when I ate the other way I was constantly hungry and craving. Back on Atkins I already feel better and not hungry and my cravings are disappearing again! I am very happy. See you on the boards, keep up the good work everybody!
