Question Update: Someone check my journal?

Okay so I got the book and man my understanding of induction was indeed way off. Can someone take a look at my journal over the past 3 days and tell me if this is any better?

Thanks!

Be careful with the sausages. Even though they may be sugar free they still have tons of sodium. Do you not like eggs?

It's looking better, the only thing I would recomend is more veggies. Also try for variety. Tastebuds change while on LC and you may find that veggies you hated before aren't so bad now. There are tons of recipes here and other places on line that can help you with the variety. One idea would be to have fajitas with multi colored peppers one night.

Stick to natural cheeses. The processed ones have junk added. You are doing really well though and good job on the water. Just hang in there and find what works best for you. If you start getting bored definetly go with soem variety.
