Two Days gone
Two days gone now on my BFL workout plan. I really wish I could get my workouts to the morning(still working on that), but for now they will have to continue in the evenings. I feel so great after doing them, so I wish I could have that benifit all day long.....but oh well.
I had an immediate performance increase on my upper body day on Monday. The increase in carbs definitely helped out there. I am hitting right around 200 grams of protein and about 2,500 calories(50 to 70 total carbs). The first day I got down my 6 meals, but today could only manage 5. Five to me is a lot more manageable and probably what I will go with from here on out.
I already feel less fat, it's great
