Red face Pregnant???Difficulty breathing

[SIZE=3][COLOR=Magenta][FONT=Comic Sans MS]
Dear All,
I ahave been doing the Akins successfully for ore than a year.
However at christmas I let myself go a liitle and I statrted induction again as a result in January
Since the 2nd week of induction I seem to feel constantly tired, sluggish,and have strange heart palutations., and difficulty getting enough air.
I suspect i may be pregnant, I am constantly hungry,especially early morning when I normally feel a bit dizzy.
My questions are the following:
If I am pregnant (too early to do test yet,) is it safe for me to continue this eating plan????
Why am I having heart palpuptations???
Please help!!!

I would suggest a visit to your doctor to find out if your pregnant and ask his/her advice. Maybe get a full check up.

Good luck.

Definitely see a doctor if you suspect you are pregnant and are having the symptoms you report. If you are pregnant, it's recommended that you move to maintainance levels of low carb. Lower levels of potassium (which can happen during induction) could cause the palpitations and fatigue, but you really need a medical exam and attention from a doctor for the other symptoms you are reporting. Please see one as soon as possible.

You may want to purchase a pregnancy test. If you are already having symptoms you would most likely have an accurate test.
